Founder, Adrian Marable, is a Career Coach, Motivational Speaker and Writer dedicated to creating an avenue of success through Beloda’s S.H.A.P.E. methodology. He found his calling in 2010 while helping individuals develop a career strategy and helping small business increase their market visibility through his IT consulting company. Today, Adrian speaks to both individuals and small business owners to bring a new twist on showing how simple success can be as long as you are willing to have a plan, good character and hard work.

How did we get the name “Beloda”? “Below the line” thinking refers to a negative mentality that shapes how you see the world and your life in a limiting way. When the negativity behind the economy, your job, your relationship, etc. are all believed to be out of your control and always someone else’s fault, you have this issue. Below the line thinking takes the attitude of “No one ever taught me this” or “I don’t know how to handle this” to “I have a resource to fix this”. We take your “below the” (beloda) line thinking and give you the opportunity to think about the line. Above the line thinking does just the opposite, saying, “I have a speed bump and I am able to fix it myself”. As Beloda Magazine grows, we will answer questions that you have about what’s going on in your life to give you the opportunity to be accountable and navigate forward successfully in your career and personal life.
